Best Talent FC Storm Ibadan to Tackle RFO Academy



Best Talent Football Club will depart Mowe,Ogun State for Ibadan, today Thursday 5th March, 2026 to slug it out tomorrow in a friendly match against RFO Academy at the University of Ibadan Main Bowl. 


According to the Chairman of the Ogun State Football giant, Adeyinka Adeyemo,  he said that the purpose of exposing the players to various friendly matches in the South Western states of Nigeria is to create in them the sense of familiar friendly foe atmosphere that usually pervades the away game scenarios. "We have honoured series of friendly matches in Lagos, Ogun State, and it's time to honour the invite in Oyo state and feel the texture particularly, Ibadan, the state capital.  This is to inculcate a winning mentality in them regardless of where the natch is played". Said the ex player.


The much anticipated friendly against RFO will take place on Friday, 6th March, 2026 at the Main Bowl of the University of Ibadan Sports Complex by 8am.


Head Coach of Mowe giant, Yusuf Farouk, has said his lads will not be under pressure against any opponent tomorrow, saying they will stick to their game plan in getting the desired results and master the tsctics ahead of the forthcoming NLO1 Season. "I think everyone knows what is involved in leaving Mowe for Ibadan for the friendly match. It is money gulping and kudos to the Chairman and other management team for putting this together for the team.The travelling tour we engaged recently in Lagos and Ogun states has toughened my boys and we will not be under any pressure to play any team in Ibadan. We will stick to our game plan and get the job done, God's willing. We will not disappoint our fans, amen. ". The former Coca-Cola Coach assured.
