Alhaji Gusau's emergence as WAFU B President, a reward for commitment - 3SC boss



The  Executive Chairman of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan, Honourable Babatunde Olaniyan Akoro has described the emergence of the  President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau as the President of the West African Football Union (WAFU) B as well deserved.


Joining other Nigerians in congratulating the NFF helmsman, Honourable Olaniyan, said the development is an affirmation of the leadership quality of Alhaji Gusau, as demonstrated in the running of the round leather game since assuming office as the President of the NFF.

The former Deputy Speaker, Oyo State House of  Assembly, expressed the belief that the new WAFU President will bring his administrative acumen to bear in transforming the sub regional football body.

"It's the dawn of a new era for the WAFU B with the emergence of Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau as the helmsman. The sub regional football body will definitely feel his impact.

"On behalf of the Shooting Stars' family, I once again congratulate Alhaji Gusau on this well deserved feat and I wish him all the best as he pilots the affairs of the WAFU B", the 3SC boss stated.
