Oyo State Sports Commissioner Visits Shooting Stars' Management



*Hold Talks on Coach's Contract Renewal

Oyo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Honourable Wasilat Adefemi-Adegoke, on Tuesday, paid a courtesy call on the management of the Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC).


A visibly happy commissioner, during the visit held a close door meeting with the management team and coach Gbenga Ogunbote.

At the meeting were the Executive Chairman of the Oluyole Warriors' Honourable Babatunde Olaniyan Akoro, the General Manager Dimeji Lawal, Director of Finance and Administration, Mrs Abiodun Oyeyemi, the Administrative Secretary Babayemi A.T. and coach Gbenga Ogunbote.

Honourable Olaniyan, while speaking after the meeting, revealed that issues pertaining to the team's progress were discussed, adding that moves to ensure the retension of coach Ogunbite has commneced.

"I can say that the meeting kick starts immediate preparation for the next season and also the beginning of the efforts to keep our Technical Adviser, coach Gbenga Ogunbote", said the 3SC boss.

Apparently satisfied with the performance of the team in the just concluded season, stakeholders, supporters and fans of the Oluyole Warriors, have tasked the  management to ensure the retention of the Oracle, as coach Ogunbote is fondly called and bulk of the present squad.
