NNL FINAL DAY FIXTURES: STAKEHOLDERS TACKLE LEAGUE BOARD TO ANNOUNCE MATCH VENUES

Ahead of the much anticipated final Match day fixtures of the 2023/2024 Nigeria National League, NNL season, there is growing tension and apprehension amongst stakeholders on the logic the league Board will put in place to forestall match fixing, scheming and unsportsmanlike drama that ususlly pervade Nigerian football 


With the accolades given to the present Board of the nation's second tier league ably led by the no nonsense football administrator,Mr George Aluo having secured sponsorship, league visibility , much improved officiating and quick dispense of justice against erring officials, stakeholders have demanded the league helmsman to announce the other  match venues ahead of time to forestall unimaginable consequences. 

A critical look at the Conference B, where three (3) teams from the same group but all domiciled in Lagos State and all the clubs use Onikan Stadium.  As at the time of filing this story, the League Board has not announced other match venues for other fixtures to run simultaneously and avoid match fixing. 


In view of the foregoing, the Most Important League still have enough time to announce other match venues so as to write their names in gold , particularly as stakeholders look forward to ending the 2023/2024 league season in style .
