NLO24: Best Talent Thrash Olumo United 7-0 in Shagamu , as Coach Gullit shifts attention to Wednesday's clash

 The Nationwide League One clash today at Shagamu Centre was overtly considered as one side affairs as Best Talent FC whitewashed their Ogun State counterparts, Olumo United 7-0.


Matiti Ibrahim shines as his curling opener and eventual brace boosted the confidence of his colleagues asAdebayo Usman, Azeez Tijani and Oyelere Isaac were also in scorers sheet. The standing captain of the side, Dare Samuel completes the routing. The penalty call that would have been a consolation goal for Olumo United was brilliantly saved by Best Talent goal tender, Fakunle Saheed.

The coach of the winning side , Yinka Popoola popularly known as Gullit was visibly elated on the performance of his lads as he hailed his boys for the scoreline but queried their wastefulness in front of goals. 

"I think my boys played to instruction but wasteful in front of goals. We had begging chances that were supposed to be converted but were wasted . This calls for alarm but we are going to address it before our next match against Custom FC on Wednesday". The CAF Licensed tactician assured.

"We are going to consolidate on this result on Wednesday as we envisage a tougher opponents in our next game

" Custom FC would play to win but we will ensure we hit our target come Wednesday. "
