It was another interesting moment on popular administrators-filled Sports platform, *Sports World*.owned by Sunday Agunbiade Mr VAR,CEO of varblogspot.com and Wale Oye,Lagos based sports journalist.

This week's important guest on seat was award winning journalist and Media aide to the Honourable Minister of Sports(Senator Owan Enoh), Mr Adeyanju Olukola Daniel (also known as Kola Daniel)

The ogbomosho bred winner who doubles as the Best Sports journalist and Nigeria Excellence awards in 2018 was quizzed on the roles he played in promoting NPFL players. He professed his love for the league and it's players,the numerous times he watched the league's games and his continued support for the players.

In his words, the former Lecturer of the University of Abuja said:

"I said it time without number,that I beleive in local talents(local content).
We are all products of this country,so we must develop this country before talking about internationally"

"I so much love the NPFL,I remember as far back as the early 90's,I usually go to the stadiums(not even as a media practitioner),1993-94,with teams like Rangers international,Nwayawu nationale,3SC Football club, John Benson,Ademola Johnson,John Enoh Okon, Abiodun Baruwa, Patrick Pascal and the likes,top players..all products of the local league in the early 90's and they excel internationally."

"Even while I was practicing as a sports journalist,my focus was on the NPFL. I had a programme called "NPFL FOCUS" all about the Nigerian league.

The CAF and FIFA accredited top journalist added;
"You can't undermine the power of the NPFL,as far back as 2013,when the late Stephen Keshi opened the camp,the players back then were the likes of Gabriel Rueben,Azubuike Ogechukwu,Solomon Opakwu, Sunday Mba...all these players were local based and they gave the foreign based players a run for their money.
At a point,we couldn't even juxtapose between the local based and the foreign based players"

"The beauty of it was that,8-9 of them were home based,and the hero of the tournament was Sunday Mba,also a local based,who scored the winning goal. He was a player of Rangers International."

The former NPFL reporter on radio and TV sports analyst continued;
"When you give local based players the opportunity,they will prove what they can do.
The "never say die" spirit will be shown.

 Such was the case of Stanley Nwabali,who was the hero at the last Nations cup,he once played for Enyimba FC of Aba,Wikki tourist and the likes before he left the shores of the country. The first club he played for was Go round FC.
Ahmed Musa is also an example."

"I strongly beleive in NPFL,I can't imagine not talking about the NPFL players or not going to the stadium to watch the teams."

He also said that the away victories have shown the beauty of the NPFL and he concluded that he is an ardent supporter of Nigeria's biggest league.
