I always advocate for inclusion of home based Players in Our National Teams...Coach Biffo

The American based Nigerian born Football coach, Usman Abdullahi Biffo has lent his voice that he is one of the few coaches who clamour for inclusion of home based players in the national teams.
Biffo stated this while featuring in one of the Nigerian leading WhatsApp groups, Sports World Platform on Saturday from his base in US.
The former Katsina United and Niger Tornadoes handler noted thst to have a balnce team, home based players must be given chance. He further added that having local based athletes in any of our national teams will boost the economy and image of our league.
The program which was co hosted by Ibadan based Sports journalist, Sunday Agunbiade popularly known as Mr VAR and Wale Oye from Lagos State this evening, the UEF B License holder enthused that the combination of both home and foreign based players always bring the best for our national teams.
In his words, he said: "Bringing home based with foreign based players will make our league compact.
In fact, If home based players are not included in our national teams, it means our league is not developing and it's a waste of efforts. Adding home based players will make our league attractive and foreigners will come down and watch our leagues.:
Explaining, the Kwara State born erudite coach was of the mind that the Nigeria Premier Football League under Gbenga Elegbeleye is improving and the NFF and national team coaches should look.imward for the best legs.
"I think the League is improving now with the efforts of the NFF and NPFL Board led by Honourable Gbenga Elegbeleye and they should give home based players opportunities to express themselves at the national teams. He concluded
