2024 F.A Cup Deaws:Nigeria Football Coaches Association Reads Riot Acts against Quack,Promises Cash award to Highest Goal Scorer

It's not going to be business as usual as Nigeria Football Coaches Association, Oyo State Chapter is set to sanction any coach that does not have operational licenses from Nigeria Football Coaches Association, Oyo State Chapter.


The Training Officer, Nigeria Football Coaches Association,Oyo State Chapter who doubles as the Director ,Football Academy, Shooting Stars Sports Club, Coach Adeyemo Ayodeji Charles gave this warning at this year’s edition of Federation cup draw held at Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Ibadan. 


The erudite and eloquent tactician while promising award to the highest goal scorer on behalf of the Association in the state lamented the activities of uncensored coaches who made no efforts at building themselves to have operational licenses from the regulatory body in line with the Coaching regulatory requirements 

According to the grassroots Football exponent, he said:

"Being a professional association fully Affiliated to Football body and also in control of football coaches in Nigeria, it's expected of anyone who wants to practice coaching and desirous of sitting at the bench to get licenses from the relevant Bodies. It's now a requisite for any coach who wants to sit on the bench for any football tournament organized in the state to have operational licenses from the Nigeria Football Coaches Association ,Oyo State Chapter".

He added that: "Let me sound this warning, whoever that wants to cut corners and practice as quack coaches in Oyo state that has no operational license from the NFCA will be publicly sanctioned and prosecuted in line with extant laws of the game " Coach AY as Ayodeji popularly called warned.



" We like to also support this year’s edition of Federation cup with highest goal scorer award. The Association will provide cash award to the highest goal scorer.This is our little contribution to make the oldest football competition better than the previous". Adeyemo Ayodeji promised.

Eleven male teams and a female team have registered to participate in this year 2024 Federation cup in the state.

New Dawn as Nigeria Football Coaches Association, Oyo State Chapter Supports Delivery of Women’s football Development Initiatives, WFDI Project

Recording high level of compliance from coaches across 33 local government of the state as Proponent of Women’s football Development Initiatives projects WFDI in the state.
