Netball: KAYROM Lee applauds SAO Petroleum for sponsorship of the game



Ambassador Romoke Ayinde of KAYROM Lee who doubles as Chairperson, National Netball, Oyo State has lauded SAO petroleum for its sponsor of the unveiling and competition of the netball game in the state. 



Speaking in Ibadan on Thursday during a press conference heralding the unveiling of the game next week at the Obafemi Awolowo stadium in Ibadan, Ambassador Ayinde explained that SAO petroleum would to a great extent through their partnership help in the development of the game through the girl child even though there is a plan in the pipeline to include the male folk. 

She therefore enjoined the press to extend its hands of fellowship to her as she strives to do this adding that she would also use the occasion to launch her two books, science laboratory and studios to enhance the work of science students in secondary schools besides using the studio to show case developmental strides in KAYROM Lee as well as the potentials in the those within its fold.


Ambassador Ayinde seized the opportunity to laud the state government especially the ministry of Youth and Sports for its support just as she heaped praises on other numerous stakeholders for their  understanding and support in this wise.
Speaking at the occasion, Adewunmi Oladiti , the Managing Director of SAO petroleum Oil and Gas said the organization would support the initiative in every way whether annually or whichever way noting that the partnership will last for long.
Oladiti said further that there sponsorship is way of giving back to the society which has stood by them through thick and thin.
He expressed satisfaction with the way things have panned out at the occasion pointing out that he was glad that he was part of the development initiated to grow netball game in Oyo state.
