Forum of Admin Officers Picks May 3rd For Retirement Programmes To Honour HOS, PS, Others

Forum of Admin Officers In the Civil Service of Oyo State has announced Wednesday 3rd May, 2023 to celebrate the retirements of the Head of Service who doubles as number one Civil Servant in the Pace Setter State, Alhaja Amidat Ololade Agboola, Permanent Secretaries and other Senior Admin Officers. 


The Forum Exco at various meetings has drawn up programmes that would help maximise every minutes that would be spent at the event aims at ameliorating retirement rigour. It added that the retirement planning readiness to help members explore resources available to plan for their retirement would be poignantly discussed. Other topic tagged "Civil Service Yesterday Today and Tomorrow" would be extrayed by a seasoned Administrator. Also, Health Talks and Medical Check ups and other social events are part of line up programmes . Health Professionals who are drawn from various notable Establishments like OSHIA and UCH would be in attendance. 


According to the Chairman of the noble cadre, Mr Olumuyiwa Kayode Victor popularly known as Maestro , said the retirement programme is going to be an hybridization of the cadre that will build capacity that will in turn breed more sophisticated and dominant retirees in our dear nation,Nigeria 

Speaking with the Director of Oyo State Printing Press, Maestro, said; "It's going to be a celebration of meritorious Service of the distinguished Head of Service, Alhaja Amidat Ololade Agboola, Permanent Secretaries and other Senior Admin Officers(Directors) who have been instrumental in the development of the State Civil Service particularly the Admin Forum with their wealth of experience both in cash and kind".


Corroborating the Forum helmsman submission is a statement contained in a release signed by the Publicity Secretary of the highly reverred cadre, Dr (Mrs) Funmi Tanimola, who affirmed that the Send Forth programmes of the retiring/retired Officers is going to be a long lasting memories in the state. 

The Spokesperson of the group who encapsulated the release as "Celebration Galore", said:

"Our own Number one Civil Servant, Her Honour, the Head of Service is landing safely from the active service after 35 years of meritorious service!"

"Let's also celebrate our Permanent  Secretaries and Directors who have served meritoriously and diligently..."

The forum of Administrative Officers of Oyo State is organizing a befitting retirement programs for our retired/retiring senior citizens."

---Lecture by a seasoned Administrator, Retired  Permanent Secretary, (but not tired) by : Chief Femi Akanmu.

---Interactive sessions with Her Honour, the Head of Service, Alhaja Amidat  Ololade Agboola.
