NSF Delta 2022: Ekiti Governor, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji Honours Oguntuase, Athletes

The Governor of Ekiti State, His Excellency, Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO) has on Wednesday, 18th January, 2022 honored the athletes that represented the state in the 22st edition of National Sports Festival, held in Asaba Delta State.

the 1st Vice Chairman, Ekiti state (football) Referees council, Mr Adesina Oguntuase who pose with Mr Governor was part of the officials with a credible performance in the Olympic version of Nigerian sports.

The sports loving Governor, His Excellency, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, honored the athletes for their excellent performance at the just concluded National sports festival.(Asaba2022)

The victory in Asaba is Team Delta’s 7th consecutive NSF triumph and they ensure the triumph on home soil remains the most emphatic of all.

The 10-day-long sporting festival saw over 14,000 athletes descend in Asaba to flaunt their mettle in 38 sports.

Ekiti State athletes  won 7 medals with 4 silver, 3 bronze medals
