The Executive Chairman ,Shooting Stars Sports Club, Rt. Hon. Babatunde Olaniyan ( Akoro) has announced that the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engineer Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde has declared that the fans be allowed to watch free the match Day 2 of Nigeria Premier Football League encounter between Shooting Stars Football Club and Kwara United today at Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan. 



This was contained in a release signed by the Executive Chairman of Ibadan Soccer Lords, Rt.Hon Babatunde Olaniyan David (Akoro). 

 The statement reads in part: The Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr.Seyi Makinde has graciously directed that the Gates B to G i.e. THE POPULAR SIDES of Lekan Salami Sports Complex be thrown open today for the teeming fans of Shooting Stars Sports Club to watch  their darling Team, the Oluyole Warriors slug it out with Kwara United in the NPFL Match Day 2 for FREE.

 This is used as a token appreciation to the fans of 3SC for standing solidly behind their darling Team and the Government of Oyo State as well as to celebrate his recent Birthday with the numerous followers of the Club. 

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Senatorial candidate for Oyo South Senatorial District, Mogaji Olasunkanmi Tegbe, has equally purchased ONE THOUSAND popular Sides Tickets for the followers of the Team to watch the encounter for free 

While enjoining the fans to be orderly and eschew all acts that may breach the rules of the game they are to note that this gesture applies ONLY to popular sides of the stadium as usual tickets will be required to gain entry into Gates A1, A2 ( VIP Extensions) and the State Box of the Sports Complex.
