Pre-season friendly: Best Talent FC down Team 360 FC in Lagos

Nigeria Nationwide League One (NLO1) outfit, Best Talent FC of Mowe, today, Tuesday, 2nd December, 2025 defeated Team 360 Football Club 2-1 in a pre- season friendly match held at Legacy Pitch, Surulere, National Stadium, Lagos.  Nationwide League one outfit, Best Talent Football Club of Mowe shared spoils with SC Raven on Friday, 28 November, 2025 maintaining their impressive run at Redemption City Temple Arena, Mowe, Ogun State. After an artistically technical opening half hour where both sides struggled to find the breakthrough, Joseph broke the deadlock for the homers at 34 minutes with a composed side-foot finish that left the SC Raven defense flat-footed. Following his award of questionable penalty in an NNL match involving Rovers Football Club C of Calabar and Ekiti United at the UJ. Esuene Stadium Calabar, the NFF Referring Committee has stepped down indefinitely Nyah Victor of Akwa Ibom State Referring Council from all league matches and other matches. In a letter to that effect signed by the Committee's Chairman Mohammed Ameenu and sent to him through the Akwa Ibom State FA and copied to the President of NFF, the Secretary General and the NNL Chairman, the committee noted that the unjustified penalty was not in line with the provisions of the Laws of the Game. NPFL Slams 3SC Sporting Director, Tobi for Ignorance of Club Licensing operations.

Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) Sporting Director, Tobi Adepoju Samuel has been reprimanded by the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) for making false and disparaging social media posts against the person and office of the NPFL Chairman, Otunba Gbenga Elegbeleye. In a post on the microblogging platform X, Tobi claimed that Elegbeleye as the NPFL Chairman approved stadiums with poor playing pitches for matches of the top league. He further claimed that the club players have been injured as a result of playing on poor pitches. In a letter of reprimand, Davidson Owumi, the Chief Operating Officer of the NPFL, chided Tobi for peddling wrong information capable of conveying the wrong perception of the person of the Chairman and the league itself.
